License

Grant of license

Subject to these terms, Aletheon Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the MIS website for informational purposes
• Access device pages via QR codes for operational monitoring
• Use admin interfaces for pilot device management
• Access documentation for internal training and operations

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute MIS content without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to MIS
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
• Use MIS content to train competing machine learning systems
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download MIS data

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding MIS may be used by Aletheon Systems to improve the product without obligation to you. Feedback does not create any ownership rights.

Third-party components

MIS may include open-source components subject to their respective licenses. A list of such components and their licenses is available upon request.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of MIS and destroy any downloaded materials.

No warranty

MIS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aletheon Systems does not warrant that MIS will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
